November 29, 2020 - Drinkable zin. Not so much to talk about. A hearty pleasant mouthful of fruit balanced by acid. The overall palate is a bit blurred.

June 28, 2020 - Dark ruby to purple, no lip to speak of. After the heat blows off, there is plum, black cherry, and a touch of savoriness, maybe some wood. Body is medium plus. Palate is a little muffled behind the medium plus. Needs more time: slow down with this one. Feels a little soft and hidden I'm intrigued and curious about what kind of flavors will emerge, later. Well, Day 2 didn't release a bunch of new flavor, not really. The body did tighten up, though, with stronger acidity and more mouth watering finish.
