August 30, 2021 - Didn’t take detailed notes but remember nose and flavors of lemon, grapefruit, herbs. Nice bit of complexity as a mineral element comes forth on the finish. Very pleasant wine. Our first experience with grillo. Will seek out again!

March 3, 2021 - Fragrant nose almost like an IPA—ample grapefruit, a little orange and dried herbs. Palate has grapefruit, orange, green apple and salt. The wine has some weight behind it and persistent minerality—
