May 20, 2009 - My first tatse of Hondarrabi Zuri. Yellow hue. Interesting nose of green fruits and some subtle spice notes. Good acidity making it refreshing with concentrated melon & apple flavours. Dry and racey preventing the concentrated fruit from makng it heavy but the finsih is a bit short. Very good.
