November 19, 2023 - Very disappointed in this wine. Opened 2 bottles thinking just a bad bottle. Second bottle was only slightly better than the first. Then opened a 2019. Better but not a 90 point wine.

February 5, 2023 - Maybe the most disappointing SV I have had from this winery. It was not terrible, but missed the freshness and bright fruits these wines are known for. Not sure time will solve this one. Good news, the other SV from this vintage are great!!!

December 31, 2021 - Disappointing bottle. Nose was very off putting- think wet earth. The wine itself was monolithic. Day 2 and no improvement.

May 28, 2021 - Still needs time. Decanted and it needed it. Nice aroma of tobacco, smoke, forest floor, blackberry, earth. Followed by concentrated flavors of blackberry, spice, earth, tobacco, smoke and forest floor. Nice balance.
Long smooth finish. Seems to have a lot more to give in the future.
