February 23, 2024 - Doods, Datasets, a Dog, and 7 Whites Tasted Blind (Below the Den, AdMo): Flint, white florals, and cream on the nose. Long and sappy through the mid palate, rich citrus trending toward orange, faint floral, long and bright finish.

July 21, 2023 - The cool site is really evident in this one. Nose of lime, lemon peel, stone, salt, and just a slight toasty oakiness. Racy acidity, medium body. Long mineral and saline finish. Refreshing and exciting, a serious yet different US chard.

Nose offers green apple.
Has a green apple profile on the intro with some lemon peel mixed in. The acidity make this a bit shrill. Tart and acidic. Not sure if this was flawed. Did not show like prior bottles. -
