  February 24, 2024 - Pear, honey, apricot, nuts. Great complexity but a bit too sweet for me. Delicious with a mild cake so it’s fine. Loved it.

  January 6, 2023 - Light amber colour. Gentle nose of peaches with yoghurt and popcorn. Medium dense mouth feel with a beautiful intense sweetness like syrupy peach juice, followed but a slightly bitter sweet finish.

  July 7, 2022 - Served too cold initially, and still delicious.
  
  Once it warmed to about 50 degrees (10 C), it paired exceptionally well with Roquefort. Tremendous range of flavors, excellent concentration, positively ripping acids. Improvement, over the next several years, seems possible. 92-93.
