March 14, 2024 - First bottle I had of this followed a big amarone. Did not hold up to that, but on its own, accompanying sausage in redsauce over bowtie pasta...without planning, I had a bolognese-esque dish with this and it was spot on. Lots of tannin left here, woodsy, mentholish nose, but solid on the palate. I think the 537 bottles left in Cellar Tracker member cellars are safe for a couple years yet. (Great QPR too...95 on my scale!)
