    November 16, 2021 - Glassware: Zalto Universal
    Prep: Pop n' pour

Followed this over the course of two nights. Fragrant nose of clementine, lemon peel, grapefruit, crushed rocks, almond meal, and cardamom. A touch of sponti on night one that was gone the next day. Texturally the wine is lean and graceful on the palate, yet still provides a nice punch of flavor from the citrus notes that evolves into curry leaf and other spice notes. I think this would be very enjoyable with Indian cuisine.

March 3, 2021 - Tart, citric nose with crushed stone and a hint of petrol. This Riesling is really, really lean. Extremely dry, lots of citrus and fragrant-herbal overtones. Yet it is really balanced by a prominent (but elegant) minerality; this will surely by really great in 6 to 8 years!

September 5, 2020 - Leesy, slate and some almond flour on the nose. Grippy palate of lemon pith and jasmine. Needs time to blossom. Almost a week later it’s still taut and densely packed. Super concentrated and intense. So promising.
