  January 13, 2024 - This was quite good. Entry had some character to it with notes of dark fruit, blueberry jam, plum, and garden herbs. Finish was earthy with a subtle leather note. The tannins were pronounced at approx. the 3h mark post open. I imagine this will continue to improve over the years, hard to see what the upside will be.

  December 10, 2023 - Only brief notes. I loved this. New world Napa ripeness wrapped in a really tight tannic core. Definitely all fruit right now. So primary but great balance.

  November 11, 2023 - Beautiful wine when opened. Completely died after a two hour decant. Blackberry on the nose. Medium plus on the acid and tannin. Enjoyed it a ton when opened but it quickly fell off during the decant. Kind of upsetting. I have one more bottle left and will wait a couple more years

  July 29, 2023 - A big wine, with notes of blackberry and tar. Approachable now, but should be fantastic in a couple of years.
