August 27, 2021 - 중간 루비색을 띄며 림주변은 옅은 루비에 가장자리는 약간의 오렌지색이 돌고 있음
코에서는 확연한 제비꽃향이 나며 미세한 바닐라향이
장악은 라즈베리향과 재미란 향이 나며 과실치사 풍부학2~3차향이 두드러지지 않음. 아마도 빈티지에 비해 병숙성이 오래되지 않아서 일가라 판단됨. 바롤로늬 특성인 타르하고 나타나지 않고 신선한 과실향이 두드러짐
입에서는 드라이하고 산도는 높으면 탄닌과 중간플러스 알콜은 높은편 바디감이 무거운편이고 풍미는 중간플러스 라즈베리, 체리 약간의 부드러운 바닐라?향이 느껴짐
탄닌이 입을 전체적으로 쪼이나 부드러워서 불쾌하게 느껴지지 않음
묵혀서 먹는 바롤로의 맛이 기대가 됨 -
