June 11, 2023 - This was delicious accompanying shrimps and scallops in a light sauce. Could have used a touch more acidity.

September 22, 2021 - Ordered from a restaurant wine list for diners to enjoy with their opening courses, this pale yellow Sauvignon Blanc was quite serviceable but not memorable. Very floral on the attack, it delivers an aromatic profile of lemon verbena, rose petals, white peaches and wet stones. Light-bodied and with seamless alcohol, it unfortunately is a bit lacking in the acidity that this grape desperately requires. The flavors mirror the aromas and are quite attractive, but they are not buttressed with acidic energy, a deficiency that is pervasive on the mid-palate and medium-length finish. This will fill the bill, but there are better options for those who appreciate the grape and the style of the appellation. Drink now-2024.

September 17, 2021 - Pale lemon. Aromas of medium minus intensity with lemon, lemon curd, golden apple, chalk, wet stone, cut herbs. On the palate the wine is dry with medium plus acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. The aromas on the palate are of medium plus intensity with lemon, lemon curd, golden apple, cut herbs, chalk, wet stone. Finish is medium. The wine is balanced between the acidity and fruit nature. The wine demonstrates complexity and intensity. The wine is very good. Good QPR

August 25, 2021 - Delicious. Had with NY Times creamy corn pasta with basil, but no shrimp

August 1, 2021 - Slo-oxed for 10 minutes, but an additional 10 or 15 minutes would help, chilled. The color was clear light straw yellow. There were aromas of grass, hay and herbs - not unlike those of many NZ Sauv. Blc - but not as strong or penetrating. The medium bodied palate showed some very muted grapefruit, grass and herbs, with quite juicy acidity. Should hold for several years to come.
