April 1, 2021 - Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. Clear, bright pale straw. Clean, muted, aromas of citrus, white flowers and fresh herbs. No oak. Dry, with nice fresh citrus fruit at the forefront, med (+) acidity and med alcohol (12%). Med body, med to med (+) flavor intensity and length, with a crisp, slightly salty mineral element. Drink now, not intended for aging, although it has the structure to last a few years. A ridiculously good value on sale at $8.

November 17, 2020 - Really nice Italian white. Went well with pasta and chicken in a light cream sauce.
