Community Tasting Notes 2

December 7, 2021 - Deep gold on the look, with high viscosity and a lot of oily long legs that speak, in this case, of the 14.10 % alcohol level.
On the nose, with a medium intensity, opens with apples, Pears ( not as sweet as Barlett variety) Mango, Pineapple some salt, and powdery chalk. There's some butter and a hint of vanilla.

Medium acidity, and sweetness of 2 out of 5.

Not really a fan. I found some annoying bitterness on the aftertaste that affected the whole tasting.

January 13, 2021 - Smells like darn good Chardonnay. and indeed, it is. Kinda in a delicious bubblegum kinda way. Served kinda cool. And creamy yet still lively.
