July 22, 2020 - Apparently restarted in 2005 organically. Fresh lemon and herb. Apparently tons of limestone and clay here. Really intriguing nose here. Somewhat a white burgundy kinda nose. On limestone here. Just a touch of Zibbio for freshness and maybe a tiny touch of SB. Really fresh and good today. Just super fresh and interesting on the palate. And I guess local artist get to paint the label. A real intensity on the palate while still being light. Great minerailty and saltiness.
