July 1, 2012 - Deep yellow going on orange color. Nose of botrytis. Palate with some ripe peach and apple. Slightly musty. Drink now?

May 24, 2010 - Yellow, bright color. Bouquet is undefinable - anïs? The palate is licqurice and white sugar - not overly sweet but with a nice acid. Wonderful fat oily texture and medium finish. Drink now but can be kept for a decade.
