July 29, 2020 - Medium salmon with a little orange.
A quite light nose of strawberry, raspberry, orange peel, cherry and some herbiness follows through to the palate.
Dry, high, tart and slightly sour acidity is certainly zippy but not out of place. 12.5% alcohol is seamless, body is medium and the finish is medium with a little pleasing bitterness.
