December 15, 2017 - Something not in order with this wine; ended up using it as basis for a red wine sauce which worked well. Aroma is awkward, flavour flat and not particularly nice. Definitely not corked but also definitely not living up to even an average Bourgogne Pinot Noir. (this was third bottle I had with similar experience so it is not something that I consider specific for this bottle.)

August 30, 2016 - Light ruby color. This is coming together, though its profile is more Sauvignon Blanc than Pinot Noir. Nose of grapefruit and tobacco leaf. Medium bodied on the palate with lots of citrus flavor and a long finish.

November 29, 2014 - Light red color. Very aromatic, a real wow with the first sniff. Bit uncommon for a pinot noir though. There is fruit, a hint of yeast but it is so not standard for Burgundy pinot noir that it is difficult to define. It is not a flawed bottle as all bottles of this wine are similar. The flavor is fruity, red fruit, fresh, adequate acidity. It is a pleasant glass of wine but somewhere balance is missing between aroma and flavour. A bit of an akward glass of wine, perhaps i am just too much used to the "standard pinot noir aromas and flavors". Pretty long aftertaste.

October 27, 2014 - Deep ruby color. Nose of bitter medicinal herbs, lemon juice, pomegranate, and earth. Medium bodied and somewhat rustic on the palate.

September 1, 2014 - Nicely aged Burgundy from a very good vintage. It had some bricking so this one is ready to go but the flavor profile wasn't particularly geriatric. Sweet cherries underneath some barnyard funk. Delightful. Very restrained in a typical French way. This one follows the old adage to buy 2nd tier wines in great vintages.
