October 23, 2016 - Acompañando a un tatín de manzana de Santa Eulalia. Muy rica combinación gracias a un dulzor contenido.

Caramelo, tofee, nueces, madera vieja, salinidad y tiza. Llena la boca pero no se hace pesado gracias a su sapidez, chocolate con sal. -
