  November 11, 2010 - Amber color with a nose of honey, gingerbread, vanilla, and a hint of licorice and alcohol. Honey, gingerbread, and caramel on the palate. After a few days the alcohol started to come through more and the rest of the flavors diminished. It went perfectly with our upside down pear [and gingerbread] cake.
