March 31, 2024 - 30 minute decant. Nose: blueberries, plum, veggies, oak, bakimg spices, candle wax. Palate: blueberries, veggie undertones, smooth, somewhat sweet, fruit forward, vanilla, oak spices, green bushes. Medium body, velvety, long finish.

April 1, 2023 - with Mediterranean food, decanted 2 hours - might’ve been a bit too long. It was a bit muted today. Cinnamon, blackberry, blueberry, oaky, smooth on the palate, but not as interesting as my first bottle. Good sipper.
