Community Tasting Notes 2

February 8, 2022 - Really nice Riesling, much better than their Bin 51 in my book. Has more texture and more varietal character. Acidity is nicely balanced with the fruit and light alcohol. Medium (+) finish. Good stuff.

September 3, 2021 - Started out thin and acidic, but grew wonderfully!

No sugars, BRUT, with elegance, piercing acidity, the tiniest beautiful diesling note with lots of citrus and dashes of mineral notes.

Not much of a personality, but a pristine and very well made wine to enjoy by itself or with food.

    We had sardine spaghetti. Mjkuff!
