March 5, 2021 - Pale yellow in the glass. Nose - light vegetal floral scent. Taste - leading citrus acid, grapefruit then sherbet lemons. Bright, good length with a grapefruit zest twist at the end. Enjoyable (perhaps moreso with food), with salmon and asparagus.

February 27, 2021 - Nose: peach, apricot, tiny hint of petrol on giving it a good swirl
Palate: medium acidity; dry; fresh apricot, touch of lemon, honey-ginger towards the back palate and onto the finish; good length.

December 31, 2020 - Appealing ripeness, melon, apple, citrus fruit, fresh acidity - a little rough and ready perhaps - but a really nice young white that went well with langoustines starter followed by Sicilian breaded mackerel with currants and pine nuts.
