May 5, 2023 - The amber color signifies its age (it's old enough to be drafted, or smoke) and yet this ginger-apricot bomb is somehow too young, because while it's balanced, the sugars are still overly forward and the fruit is quite primary. Quite likable, but maybe wait another 10 years? I'm skeptical that this will become complex but I do think this will deepen a bit and become more harmonious.
