March 9, 2024 - Like was said below, this was a steal for a low price, natty Beaujolais. I paid 17 euro I think. Has and attractive amount of volatile acidity, granite minerality, cherry, crushed aspirin and a touch of violet. 12,5% has the body in great balance.

January 5, 2023 - Far exceeded my expectations for a $20 "natural" bottle...light and bright with some complexity and character

November 25, 2022 - Another year in bottle has improved this bottle. More balanced and open. Falls apart on day 3, but a tasty light bojo on days 1 and 2.

July 13, 2022 - Great nose, and I ended up pretty much just smelling it because it turns out Covid has knocked out my ability to tastie gamay.

May 24, 2022 - Lively, energetic wine. Lots of VA and tight acidity on opening that blew off over a couple hours. Lush raspberry fruit and loamy earth, murky in the best of ways. Compelling.
