March 28, 2023 - A Taste of Aspen; 3/27/2023-3/29/2023: Medium yellow. Lower pitched aromas with some pineapple. Full and glycerine. Rich, ripe stone and tropical fruit, noticeable residual sugar, good acidity, and a lot of earth on the finish. I don’t really care for the sweetness.
