December 4, 2020 - Nice pair with Allen Brothers Creme Brûlée.
Leans into oxidative...bruised apple/cider/Bosc Pear, Lemon meringue pie, lime candy, overripe, white stone fruits, pineapple juice, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, grey volcanics, saline, sea spray/fossils, white spice, bread dough to baguette crust, gritty chalkiness, amazing lively, sharp acidity with golden lilies and spring florals. The finish is, rich, well balanced that falls onto white spice & volcanic minerality.2 people found this helpful -
