July 1, 2023 - Happy Canada Day and we celebrate it with this Canadian Sparkling wine from B.C. Estate grown 34.5% Pinot and 65.5% Chardonnay that was disgorged May 2022 from the 2019 Vintage, 8 grams of sugar.
Aromas of brioche, pear, and apple. Palate of strawberry, toast, honey, flint, and citrus.
