February 21, 2024 - Punches above its weight. Easy drinking, but with some substance.

December 25, 2023 - Solid, easy-drinking Cali chardonnay with good balance, fruit, and acidity. Won't get any better but should be good for another year or two.

February 19, 2023 - Really enjoyable; maybe missing some of that wow factor for the price, but a really gorgeous and comforting chard. Pears, yellow and green apples, salted almonds, vague florals, a twinge of vanilla. No buttery tone, just very lightly oaky. Lots of puckery salinity on the palate, although the fruit is there too. Not really as "rich" as I expected it to be like their Salus Cab, this felt like a rounded Napa chard wearing a white burgundy costume. A little faint and austere at times, but really good.

August 19, 2022 - Friday Group Brown Bag Tasting (R&D's): Double blind. Light color. A beguiling bouquet of apple, honeysuckle, tangerine and pear. A bit of oak on the palate, but it is balanced by the fruit. Vanilla, citrus and pear tones. Reminds me of a recent bottle of PM Indigene. Excellent. (R&D)
