  December 25, 2022 - Decanting, much sediment!, deep purple red color, breathed 75 minutes, flavor is super berry jammy, unusual, grapes are there (more in the nose) but fruit dominates (blackberry, blackcurrant and a little pepper dominates), went well with roast lamb including stock-based gravy + a little blueberry jam,
