November 22, 2023 - Hors classe and Christian actually guessed the domaine. Somewhat dark notes of smoke and spices on top of delicate flavors of pear, stone fruits and citrus. Precise and focused, this has power and elegance at the same time. I would like some of this in my cellar. With CP at Palægade.
