January 22, 2022 - Bought first cooking wine and will be satisfactory but not great. Nose is hot for 13% ABV. Simple profile with some rough, tannic edges. Not on my drinkable cooking wine list.

December 9, 2020 - It has huge concentration of red fruit, but the tannins dominate. Acidic but pleasant as a companion to spicy food.
