January 4, 2019 - I agree with JohnnyRichardsons comment. The wine was a bit disappointing.

March 2, 2017 - in a beautiful spot now, still fresh but not young. bright floral notes - mostly spring herbs, touch of grass (but not grassy like new world SB), light touch of tropical fruits. there's firmness from the semillon, but not weight. wonderful with salmon, cauliflower and citrus salad.

February 13, 2016 - Strangely unbalanced on first pour, took about 20 minutes to come together in the glass (probably served too cold)..white Bordeaux typicity was there, eventually. Didn't blow me away though, not even close to previous Blanc LBs I've had, though I find their reds similarly inconsistent - not cheap either, frankly..

(Château Lynch-Bages Blanc de Lynch-Bages) Light golden yellow color; mineral, herbal, smoky, lemon zest nose; tight but increasingly lovely as it opens, tart lemon, mineral, kumquat, lime and grapefruit palate with a light oily texture; medium-plus finish (opens a lot after 30 minutes in the glass)
