March 30, 2023 - Wonderfully ripe and zesty nose redolent of citronella oil with a lush and waxy palate that's bright with salinity and acidity and offers a grippy finish. Imagine a New World passion fruit inflected Sauvignon Blanc cross-dressing as a full-throttle AlbariƱo and you start to get a sense of just how fun and cleansing this wine is, especially if you've been flogging your palate with a spicy Thai or Indian curry.

August 7, 2022 - Really crisp, but with depth. Could age another 3 - 5 years.

February 23, 2022 - Pale yellow color. Distinct pineapple and lemon zest on the nose. Refreshing acidity and chalkiness on the palette and more fruity than the Sigalas Santorini. Medium finish - lovely food pairing wine!

    December 18, 2021 - Marvelous wine.
Pale straw with the slightest touch or green.
The nose is bright with citrus and lemongrass. Chalky mineral. Nice intensity particularly for the freshness.
Palate is crisp and mineral. Lemon flavors and Thai herbs.
    Great pairing with oysters.
