January 31, 2015 - Cola and plum. Low acidity and soft tannins. My friend told me to drink this 7 years ago, right after he gave it to me. He didn't think it would hold. He was wrong. Good juice. Thanks for the bottle buddy! Really appreciate it.

November 8, 2014 - Decanted and served. Clear deep garnet red. Attractive bouquet of ripe red raspberries, plums, sassafras, burnt rubber. Similar on the palate, a bit of alcoholic heat, low apparent acidity, round, soft, easy drinking wine. Improved with air.
