October 27, 2022 - Enjoyed at a Chinese restaurant in London. Thought the was gorgeous and a perfect pairing. Beautifully smooth and not as hyper mineral as some Santorinis. As restaurant pricing goes, worth the 100 pound price.

July 15, 2022 - A reductive nose which evolve over time ranging from tropical fruits, lemongrass, spice and hints of herbs. Body had plenty of legs, power and drive - it was a biturbo V8 but never to rich or too overwhelming. Beautiful orange peel finish. Still need time to settle down.

Drink in 2 years and will go for 5+.

January 25, 2022 - From memory, no formal notes taken.
Delicious, delicate and powerful at the same time. Mineral, some green peach, with a creaminess in the aftertaste. Lovely.

October 30, 2021 - Austere nose, saline with lime and mineral nuances with some dried herbs in the background. More expressive in the mid palate with high acidity as expected, deep and layered with some flint and some dirt peeking through. Long finish. Very solid Santorini which hasn't found it's balance and full expression yet but should be much better in a couple of years. 92+

    July 31, 2021 - From a very pretty magnum.
Young and at the start of its life, more linear at this stage and we are not sure if it’s a vintage or an age thing but usually this is a lot more giving as a wine. Still very solid, super well made and santorini shines though, with bright mineralogy, saline, soft flinty and that ever present polish yet bright lime acidity. A great 91 and with lots of life ahead
