June 3, 2016 - A complex, rich, and savory Riesling that shows why Germany is famous for making the best in the world. Light golden color, enticing aromas of light honey, orange, and apricot. In the mouth, very delicious and balanced, leading with bright citrus acidity followed by lemon, lime, and Winesap apple, with a very tasty background sweetness. Nothing old, heavy, or cloying. Can be fully enjoyed any time in the next 10 years.

June 29, 2013 - just a great, smooth, sweet bottle. recently drank 2 of my last bottles, delicious

  • gbm Does not like this wine:

March 31, 2012 - Drank with tuna poke in a spicy sesame sauce and a coconut foam (which was fantastic). It did not pair well with the soy sesame and did not stand up on its own. I don't remember the details, but suffice it to say that the wine was far too sweet for my taste and failed miserably with the pairing. Wouldn't be fair to score it, but I wouldn't buy it again.

May 16, 2010 - The bottle came from Daniel Posner and it was purely delicious. Nice petroleum notes, sweetness balanced with acidity, long finish and most important of all, the wine was just PERFECT with spice homemade Indian food. It stood up to beef curry and this surprised even my hosts.

    October 10, 2008 - A baby, sprightly, medium-dry, peach and minerals.
