May 19, 2024 - Unusual, subtle and a bit of a shapeshifter. Has some pretty peach/lychee/kiwi/floral aromas. The palate is somewhat saline, somewhat nutty, but never particularly strong in either characteristic. Theres a core of minerally lychee and melon. Low acidity. There is a heaviness that sometimes appears on the finish that had me questioning if it was oxidized, but I ultimately concluded it was not. Interesting wine with some elements I really like, but didn't really fully come together.
