June 10, 2023 - The Cayuse God Only Knows 2018 is just a blockbuster. Perfumed animal on the nose and is very much a fresh Rhone with the dial at 11. Normally 13 ish % for Cayuse this is 14% but has sweet black olive, Smoke and meat with a huge soft light fruit profile, though massive depth.

January 22, 2023 - A little spritzy, perhaps because it is so young, but very noticeable on the palate. Silky on the tongue; gorgeous flavors of strawberry and meat. Nice finish but not spectacular.

September 8, 2022 - Night one (half bottle) 2 hour slow ox in bottle: Red fruits, Cayuse funk, mushroom, no hard edges: 93. Slow ox another 3 hours on remaining half night 2: 94 So enjoyable.
