  Only few bubbles left, coulour dark golden. As a wine it is tremendous like a yquem in brut. Very powerful. Apricot, creme brulee, toffee, honey. only the freshness is missing, acidity is still great. 94

  February 23, 2020 - Provades på en Krug GC-provning innehållande den första flaskan från 78-82, 159 ème, 160 ème, 162 ème, 163 ème, 164 ème, 166 ème och 167 ème.
  
  Dagens enklaste vin att sätta rätt med sin väldigt mörka färg och distinkta doft och smak. Inga bubblor kvar men härlig ändå. Så mycket mognad och ålder. Nektar och len i munnen. Viss syra och lång smak.
  
  Omdömen som kom upp från andra: källare, rotfrukt, karamell, ålder, mysdricka, svamp, apelsinmarmelad, lång smak, känner igen stilen, apelsinskal och frisk syra. Alla gillade den.

  November 29, 2019 - Magnum purchased from the distributor in 1984 when the 1979 was the current vintage. Stored underground since. Some signs of a tiny bit of leakage, level down a fraction and corrosion on edge of capsule. Still moderately effervescent, fairly yellow but in a healthy way, no amber or dullness. Nose quite heavenly. Flavour quite superb, balanced, intense, incredibly well grounded. Lingered for ages. Last one...
