July 17, 2015 - Love this. Perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, tiny, persistent bubbles, hints of toast and a nice creaminess. Ridiculously great value.

June 10, 2015 - Nice sparkler. Nose is a little fruity, with just the slightest hint of that foxy American grape scent. However, the attack and finish are subtle and MUCH nicer than the nose suggests. Just off dry, clean finish. Great for the price point.

April 17, 2014 - This bottle had been in my cellar for about 9 months. Gold color, very light bubbles, light citrus on the nose, quite a bit of yeast. Palette had dominant notes of yeast with, with a very light citrus, apple, and pear. Nice acidity. Actually between the color, lack of bubbles, and lightness of flavor, I wonder if this bottle was somewhat oxidized.
Just ok overall, but normally when this wine is drunk within its optimal window this is one of my favorite every day sparkling wines, and it's a great value for $11. -
