September 19, 2021 - Purple in the middle ruby on edges
Nose: cedar, vanilla, mint, not ripe blackberries, sort of a woodsy mushroom quality, young cherry
Nice milky body, great tannin but not overpowering, condensed fruit, smoky cigar, and a long chewy finish. Definitely a bitterness like black tea with vanilla.
Still young, but promising
