March 18, 2023 - Exciting fruit quality here—racy, glycerin, waxy, stone, dappled with citrus, pomme, and herbs. Confectionary gloss competes with penetrating acidity and appetizing bitter touch. I'm trying to lose this resumption of disbelief. If I can, I'll post an uprate. 90 for now.
Day 2, 24 hours later, it tasted better. Gone was the reductive gloss. Forward was the laid back acid jam. Uprooted to 91.
