April 22, 2024 - Of three bottles tasted, two had subtly tainted corks. This is probably a statistical freak, but if you taste this wine and find it disappointing, consider the possibility that the problem is the cork rather than the wine itself.

March 26, 2024 - Solid but nothing special. Like the area and the producer. Needs more time. 3.6 stars

July 31, 2023 - Bottle 1310g. Moderately intense, lifted aromas of red and black fruit, sweet spice, pungent alcohol. Dry, with elevated zippy acidity, elevated grippy tannins, full-bodied, 15% abv. Not excessively hot on the finish, but not really enough flesh to carry the alcohol either.

March 29, 2022 - Medium-bodied, soft, fresh, vibrant, easy to like charmer with a core of dark plums, sweet cherries, coffee bean and cocoa. You can enjoy this as soon as the wine hits the stores and over the next decade or so. Drink from 2022-2030.

March 7, 2022 - This was labelled the first 750 ml bottle from the double magnum bought at Costco for $49.95 or $12.49 a bottle, poured into 3 750ml bottles using champagne corks as the closure, lovely nose of black cherry, red cherry, forest floor, and black berry, same on the palate, big body, fairly fruit forward with a 2 hour decant, easily improve with 2 years cellar time, smooth, tasty, mouth filling, simple, great QPR, think a nice party bottle to impress your friends, medium finish and soft, silky tannins hurt score, photo uploaded.
