July 30, 2021 - This has emerged as a favorite Liquid Farm Chardonnay. The brisk acidity and wonderful flavors roll over me like a wave in the ocean. The sensation of being on a beach with the relentless yet soothing rhythm of the waves flowing in is my visual for this wine. I used to think this was too tight in prior vintages, but recent ones have been a tad softer allowing the flavors to come through the acidic backbone of this wine. A great value as well for what it offers. Pairs well with food- oysters or grilled calamari come to mind.
