June 6, 2022 - Purple in color and opaque in the glass; aromas of blackberry, roasted meat, black pepper, and lavender on the nose; tastes of blackberry, herbs, violets, and black pepper on the palate; medium(+) body, medium acidity, and medium(+) tannins. I love fruit from the John Sebastiano vineyard and this wine from Zac Wasserman solidified that!

April 23, 2022 - Aromas of black fruit and pepper. The palate shows blackberry, black cherry, black plum, black pepper, and oak. Smooth and delicious. Alchol high, tannins medium, acid medium. Paired well with fennel sausage pizza.
