January 5, 2024 - Det här är riktigt bra. Ålderns visar nu en fin balans mellan de torkade och de färska druvorna. Hög klass som så bör, bra nu men kommer hålla minst 5 år till. Tror dock inte på se mycket mer utveckling. Vinet var idag för ”mycket” för en majskyckling med röd risotto. Kräver ost för att nå full potential samt gärna dekantering med >2h.

August 19, 2023 - Decanted 45 min. Drank over 2 days. Day 2 was a bit stronger taste than day 1. Consistent tastes of cherries, raisins, darker fruits. Nice acidity. Medium- body.

February 18, 2023 - Pronounced nose intensity of cassis, prune, fig, cooked black fruits. High alcohol. High acidity and high tannin. Tannin is not harsh.
