  July 5, 2011 - Mixed berries (lots of red raspberry), cedar, spice box, leather, vanilla, cassis, clove, violet and coffee grinds. Complex, broad and exceptionally smooth with round, well integrated tannins supporting the fruit.

  January 30, 2011 - This was a nice solid Napa cab. Kind of in between young and mature at this point, but drinking well. Purple in color. Cassis and leather on the nose and the palate to match. Not really complex but more than just simple. Nice enough wine, but there are equally good wines available for less.

  March 11, 2010 - This wine is at its absolute peak. Pop the cork and drink it now, it is absolutely tasty. As an old vintage, it's on deal in most places now. If you can find this at a reduced cost around $20-25, it's a hell of a bargain.
