  March 21, 2020 - PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass ("Flower" day): Medium golden to the eyes. Beautiful colours indeed.
  
  Incredibly fresh herbal and dashes of fine spices welcomes the taster, ethereal. Flinty, freshest of stone fruits like apricots with skins, and orchard fruits like golden apples and some yellow fruits too. Quite lean in a nice way but powerful on nose. Good depth.
  
  Some petillance upfront. Intensely flavourful with just the perfect level of maturity now - very superbly ripe stone and yellow fruits that almost feel a little 'sweet', sandalwood, white spices. Very slight hint of oxidative notes that adds to its complexity. More about minerality than acidity here with sense of oyster shells. Good weight and long finish to match.
  
  What an incredible Vosne Romanee blanc... Probably not a bad time to consume now. 95 points.
  
  Almost 1.5 hour upon first opened: Wow what a glorious bouquet of ultra detailed apricots, vanilla, petite flora, musk and white spices... Retain at 95 points.
  
  2.5 hours upon first opened: Going strong. There is really not much if any sense of age in this wine. Though as mentioned above the powerful fruits might start to lose a little vibrancy over next few years without more acidity as support. But this is perfect at this point.
