Grosses Gewachs Tasting (Army and Navy Club, London): A funky one again, earthy, gamey, lambic, like a Riesling, a bit pear like, the palate is powerful, high acidity, lime zest, there is rounding/sweet effect that is trying to creep in here but the balance is on the acid, 13.5%, young but feels interesting, short to medium finish
