  September 4, 2021 - Translucent brick red. Nose: strawberry and cherry, some flowers, herbs and cured meat. Enters with little evolution in the fruit, followed by good freshness. Little or no tannin. Super light, since there is only 11degrees abv. Very high fun factor. By no means simple or banal. Highly enjoyable with light food. Should buy a case of this…

  September 1, 2020 - Very pale, almost something you could trick someone into thinking is an overdone Rosé. Fresh, lively nose well integrated with the taste. Certainly light, works better with a bit of chill, but still lots of flavor, some spice. Doesn't taste like generic red, though I'm in no position to identify what Vernatsch/Schiava varietal character would actually be. It doesn't try to be profound, and all the more enjoyable for it.
